Chocolate Truffle - Med/Dark Roast

We roasted this coffee to a med-dark roast to bring out the chocolate, nutty taste which when flavored, has smooth chocolate flavor and a hazelnut finish with very low acid which leaves that great taste on your tongue with every sip.
